Caveman Sportfishing Custom Order
Caveman Sportfishing (Hooked Up II) will be fishing some custom tackle this year from Maximum Gusto Sportfishing. Here is some pictures of the custom colored daisy chains. These are 8.25″ green and glow bulb squid with a foil back all Made In the USA by Ocean Lure Concepts in North Carolina.
We rigged them up with 250 pound, smoke blue Momoi Hi-Catch and put a stainless steel swivel in the last squid to allow the stingers to be switched out.
The stingers are as follows:
C&H Lures Green Demon rigged with beads and a 9/0 Addya Hooks Stainless Steel Southern Tuna style hook (very similar to a Mustad 7691s).
C&H Lures Tuna Tango XL rigged with beads and a 9/0 Addya Hooks Stainless Steel Southern Tuna style hook. The Tuna Tango XL is weighted so it will run a bit deeper than the Green Demon.
Custom Flurocarbon pin rig with an 8/0 Addya Hooks Stainless Steel Southern Tuna style hook and a 3/8 oz. chin weight. This will be fished naked or have a skirt added.
