When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail, UPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection, please provide tracking information in email of return/exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon Maximum Gusto Sportfishing receiving the product for return/exhange, you will receive an e-mail notification from us, provided that your e-mail address is included on correspondance sent to email@example.com.
Recipients of gifts from Maximum Gusto Sportfishing may exchange product up to the amount spent. No refunds will be given to the recipient of a gift. In order to receive an exchange for product, an order number MUST be provided.
Please allow 14 to 21 business days for us to receive and process your return/exchange. Custom made Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any and all monies refunded will be for item cost ONLY. Shipping costs (to and from) will NOT be refunded.
Sorry, we will not reimburse for items bought at full price which have gone on sale unless it’s within 21 days of purchase and we reserve the right to give store credit for this difference.
All return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, Maximum Gusto Sportfishing will not refund any return shipping costs. In addition, Maximum Gusto Sportfishing will not refund any shipping costs on a returned or exchanged item.
If an item is sent in for an exchange, availability of the item is not guaranteed. In the event the item is not available for exchange, we will refund the sale for the full purchase price minus any shipping costs paid during the initial transaction and return shipping. LOST PACKAGE?We ship via USPS priority providing secure and easy track able methods of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.In some cases, we may choose to ship UPS or FED EX.
